Fearless (Defeat a Deathless Swordsman using only melee attacks and a finisher) - Deathless Swordsman are a strong type of enemy that appears late into the game - they make their debut in Path Of The Deathless.
It can be achieved in many places, but one of the best is at the Copper Mill. If you knock people off of ledges five times throughout the campaign you get this trophy.
Renegade (Melee 5 enemies off a ledge) - If you hit someone with your axe (Triangle) near the edge of a cliff during the game, they will fall to their doom. With a medkit in your inventory, hold down (L1) to heal yourself, and repeat this process two more times to nab this trophy. Rapid Recovery (Heal yourself in combat 3 times) - You heal yourself in the game by using medkits, which you can easily craft. With this ability, just creep up to a guy with a bottle in hand and hit the stealth takedown prompt. To do so, you first need to acquire the Deadly Force skill from the Brawler tree. Bar Brawl (Melee kill an enemy using a bottle) - There are plenty of bottles to pick up in the game, and for this trophy, you need to use one of them to stealthily kill somebody. If you miss that throw, there will still be plenty more opportunities in the game to light two people on fire. 
Firestarter (Defeat 2 enemies or more using a single Molotov Cocktail) - Right after the game tells you about Molotov Cocktails for the first time, they'll be two targets in perfect position for you to get this trophy.These are the trophies that relate to combat, most of them ask you to kill enemies in certain ways or with particular weapons.
